Cornish Hens in Tamarind Glaze


Cornish hens are small and are excellent for a get together. Because of their size they are more manageable and your guests will appreciate the size and the amazing flavors. They are also excellent witn rosemary rub.

    This ladies and gentleman was a smash hit. The contrast of the tamrind and the savory herbs made these little guys dance.
