Chili Dogs with all the Trimmings

Tuesday's Meal all ready. Time to arrange this delicious meal on the dining table. All that is needed now is to move the food to the already set table and join my family for a good conversation and an enjoyable meal. Gotta go. Hope you are dining with your family this evening

Remember you can have a great meal at home within a short time. Just do some prep work in advance and after a long day at work your meal will be a cinch , but it will be so great everyone will wonder if you were cooking all day. Mix it up , even simple foods can look great. Make every night a family night and if everyone cannot be home, then let them know you are thinking of them every day.

Due to circumstances I have not had the time to update my blog. My fans miss that and so with much encouragement; I am convinced that I should start again. So coming soon- lovely exciting dishes.
My son A.D suggests that I should put my daily menu on my blog even if I do not get my dishes up. What an amazing idea!!!!!! Here is my first menu as of today.

Pureed Cauliflower Soup with possible herb flat bread
Wild Pacific Salmon, braised and accompanied with several kinds of roasted pepper and herbs
Left over coconut rice with a dash of fresh sweet basil
and for dessert!
Apple Galette with streusel topping
Drink undecided
